Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pakt Pro is a one-time, non-refundable purchase

Pakt Pro costs ₹149 and unlocks unlimited Pakts for 30days from the moment of payment. It is a single, one-time charge — there is no recurring subscription, and so nothing to "cancel": it simply expires after 30 days unless you buy another pass.

Because the pass activates immediately and grants full access to unlimited Pakts right away, payments are final and non-refundable, including if you stop using Pakt before the 30 days are up.

Downgrading early

You can switch back to the Free plan at any time from your Profile page. This does not issue a refund for any remaining days on your Pro pass.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged more than once for the same upgrade, or a payment failed on Razorpay's side but you were still charged, email us at joeljaison394@gmail.comwith your payment ID (visible on your Razorpay receipt) and we'll investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge.

How refunds are paid

Any refund we approve is issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay, and can take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
